How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Tigerdiscussing Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Tigerdiscussing Tree Service went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Tigerdiscussing Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tigerdiscussing.skin and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
